Welcome home to Texas! And if you leave this site before exploring all its wonders, make sure ya'll come back real soon by book marking the home page. At left is what we like to call our regular features. These features include links to daily, weekly and monthly newspapers and magazines from Texas, all of the professional sports teams from Texas as well as the major colleges, Texas musicians, art - primarily photography, books about and by Texans, history and more. From the Back Porch is a weekly essay by the editor to this e-publication. And, we encourage anyone from Texas or lives here who writes stories, fiction and otherwise, or poems to submit a story. We also welcome any contributions from native Texans, wanna-be Texans, or our expatriate Texans living overseas and any Texan serving our military, and us. Please, look through the collection assembled here and feel free to make any suggestions. Especially those who are living away from Texas but will always have a heartfelt presence in the Lone Star State.
